ᅠ ᅠThe installation allows not only to generate thermal energy, but also to carry out the fuel preparation process. Composite liquid fuels of various compositions are used as fuel. Coal industry waste (coal sludge, filter cake and others) can be used as the basis for the preparation of all fuel mixtures. At the first stage of operation of this installation, the main fuel component is weighed on a VSP4-300.2A9 platform scale, after which the raw material must be crushed using a jaw crusher DSch-1. Using an automatic control system, fuel particles are fed through a screw into a wet grinding ball mill MShB-500, which is necessary to obtain finer fractions with a particle size of no more than 100–140 microns, as well as a suspension composition. The resulting suspension is fed into a mixing container using a pump with a starter, where liquid combustible waste will be added. To achieve the effect of dispersing immiscible substances (water, oil, solid fuel) and stabilizing the resulting suspension, in addition to mixing with a paddle mixer, fuel is recirculated through the RPA 15/20K55A-7/5/2E-FL dispersant. The fuel preparation stage ends at this stage, the resulting fuel is supplied using a dosing pump ND 1.0 R 63/25 with a nozzle starter for combustion in the furnace of a converted pellet boiler ZOTA "PELLET" - 63 S.
ᅠ ᅠThe control principle of the developed mobile installation assumes a three-level control scheme. At the lower level there are measuring instruments, actuators and controls. At the middle level there is a control panel equipped with a programmable logic controller with analog input/output and discrete input/output modules, which generates control signals and processes data received from the lower level. The top level is a SCADA system, where the following occurs: collection, processing and storage of information received at the middle level; visualization of current and archived information in the form of a mnemonic diagram shown in Figure 2. Data transmission is carried out using the TPC/IP Modbus protocol. The SCADA system developed for this installation allows the operator to control the technological process in real time, monitor all parameters and respond in case of emergency situations. The transfer of information from the programmable logic controller to the operator’s remote workstation is carried out using a network gateway, which operates using GSM and the OwenCloud cloud service.
